About Us

Destiny Connect Fresh was established in 2005 with the aim of providing sustainable solutions to life’s challenges such as lack of clean water, increased poverty index, lack of accessibility to education and unemployment to vulnerable communities.

Who are we

Destiny Connect Fresh is committed to empowering orphans, vulnerable children and women, people living with disability as well as individuals living with HIV/AIDS in marginalized communities. We aim to equip them to become self-sufficient and appeal to you to partner with us.

Vision

To create sustainability of education and economic empowerment of the vulnerable in communities.

Mission

Destiny Connect Fresh is dedicated to provide sustainable solutions to life’s challenges such as lack of clean water, increased poverty index, lack of accessibility to education and unemployment to vulnerable communities.

Connecting Community

Destiny Connect Fresh began as a Community Based Organization (CBO) serving community members of Rarieda Sub-County in Siaya County, Kenya.

Since its inception in 2005, Destiny Connect Fresh has been able to help communities develop skills they need to make positive changes for themselves through the various programs initiated.

We have been able to improve accessibility of clean water, lower the poverty index, improve literacy levels through girl-child empowerment program, and improve the health care and wellness of the community through the various medical camps held overtime.
